In the animal kingdom you don't use weight category. I mean why would animals fight fair in the wild. Just bring the strongest silver back and the strongest grizzly or largest.

Why would we be interested in making this a "fair" fight by 1. NOT using the largest/most dangerous bear and 2. Reducing the second (or third?) largest bear to HALF its size?
I thought this was a "which animal would win". That's like "who would win, a tiger or a spider? But to make it fair let's make the spider as big as the tiger!" Of course the spider would win! That's not fair xD
Gorillas are badass but they could never beat any of the three largest bear species in a "real" scenario

This would be a difficult choice. The bear could maul a gorilla as easily as it could maul you and me. The gorilla could toss you around without much trouble. That is assuming they find any reason to hurt you. They are both the type of animals that like to avoid conflict.
