The existence of Thoth as a historical figure cannot be proven or disproven based of evidence including the emerald tablets.

Thoth existed only as a diety in Egyptian mythology which does not have any direct connection with the annunaki or Sumerian mythology as they are atleast 400+ centuries apart.

Its like saying the Loch Ness monster of the Scotland mythology actually did exist without actually existing
