Hello! I recently financed a new vehicle but also agreed to let the same dealer sell my old car on consignment which I still owed money for. The new car I bought is already having problems and I have tried multiple times to contact the dealer with no response back. He claims that someone is interested in buying my old car which I still have an open loan on so now I basically have 2 car loans on my credit. I want to return the new vehicle and get my old one back but I’ve already signed the documents I’m at such a loss and I don’t know what to do, any advice ???
