I would never list my PERSONAL vehicle. I'd list an ADDITIONAL vehicle I got for this purpose. Just getting started renting my Honda Fit, which I got for less than $10K, including tax, license, slapping on new tires, oil change, full checkup, insurance up the wazoo. I'm doing a test to see how this goes. If it's good, I'll do more vehicles.

I am buying a new RAV4 Hybrid under my Business name, registered in Canada, and co-signing it with my name as my business is just one year old to get approved on loan.

On Invoice copy, It will be owned by my business and in my name.
