Visual proof of the hip placement is fantastic! The pens work wonders!

How is it even possible to keep talking while showing the moves without forcing the voice ? 😳

Lifting the toes for press was difficult for me also. Leaning enough in front goes a long way to do this as you've presented. Mobility definitely helps also.

Paul, I've been working on my flexibility and loading weight onto my hands for handstands, pike pushups, etc. When I try to press all of my weight onto my hands and lift off my feet like in the PTH, I have a shooting pain in my left trap. It doesn't feel deep like in my bone or really muscle, almost like its right under the surface of my skin. Any idea why that is the case? Possibly a nerve? Thanks
