I didn't think it was possible to demonstrate MTB skills without using a $5000 carbon-framed fully suspended bike, but I guess it is!

Really loved the visual diagrams drawn over the body. Do more!

Thank you for posting this, a lot of other channels really don't compare the "preload and lift" to the "manual lift" and it turns out I've been trying to manual by just doing really big preloads, which results in sore shoulders after too many attempts.

Thanks a bunch for juxtaposing these techniques and also showing the red and green pressure dots at the vertices of the body/bike angles

Thanks for using a hardtail. Most only show full suspensions i believe the mechanics are slightly different. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy the ride

Nice video. But looking at the bike it looks a bit small in size, which may be helpful with handling. whereas the new geometry of long reach and slack head angle (longer wheelbase) may be more challenging.
What do you say?

Thanks for making it clear when we should use both types. Many channels focus on the mechanics but not when to use them

Pre load and lift to manual to punch....it's a dance move and looks sick...👏👏👏

Are stoppies on the menu?

I've seen other people's videos but you break techniques down in a language I can read.

Great video. I just watched the PUNcH video too. I am on a fully rigid mountain bike, that is not necessarily a disadvantage, correct?

“Here’s a preload and lift, a manual and a punch”. Got 😂. That was pretty slick.

Excellent breakdown. It's a quick and dirty breakdown. Great clips chosen to represent. I can see where I need to practice.
Keep it up old man!
