People asking you to create a sugar cane farm is like people asking me to replace my kid with a machine that talks about Minecraft videos nonstop.

Tip for the sheep farm trap it in a 1x1 with a hopper minecart under the grass block

I just resubbed to your channel, I cant tell you how much I appreciated you continuing the lets play series, your commitment to sort of integrity of truth stuff, and just being an authentic person that doesn't do the stupid persona / larping thing. I get mixed feelings sometimes because I feel like they are slowly destroying Minecraft in various way. anyways, cheers.

I love how on Bedrock sometimes the animals actually time out their pathfinding if they are pushed back enough by a player. On Java it feels like they never give up and you're just stuck in a lengthy push of war. Maybe this is why there's more lag on Java.

Wouldn't mind seeing a video of you going around working on long forgotten projects. You've got a world with a decade+ of work I'm sure there's things scattered about you've started and don't even remember exist. Would be an interesting thing to see the things you thought were good ideas at the time that time has covered up. Please make it happen toycat!!!

I see why Toycat doesn’t make farms now 😂

This video came out at the perfect time, I just made a factory and now I can fill it with farms.

Keep up the great videos

7:25 You only need one observer, since the growing rate is similar, you can use just one observer to detect updates, which acts like a rate-based clock. If you don't have observer ingredients you could make some redstone clock like a pulse extender delayed redstone clock.

Great videos
Also for the sheep sheering farm,
If you put a hopper minecart under the grass block right under the sheep, (by placing in it on a temporary block and then breaking it so it falls on a chest that then can connect to whatever storage or travel system you want for the wool)
But the hopper minecart will let you get 100% of all wool that drops

A bit off topic but here are The absolute most basic items needed for Redstone Box to make most components are the following the only thing that can't be made here are Skulk Sensors/Calibrated Skulk Sensors)
Logs
Quartz (Ores or the items themselves but not Block of Quartz)
Iron Blocks
Redstone Blocks
Slime Blocks
Stone (Can be broken with a Non-Silk Touch Pick for Cobblestone)
String (For Dispensers and Tripwires)
Glass (Mainly for Wiring and Daylight Sensors if you use them)

Use mud for the bamboo / sugar cane farms! They count as less than a block tall, so hoppers beneath the mud can catch drops. No minecart needed!

I wonder if he will ever realize it was the water on the other side of the wood blocks that prevented them from catching fire.

Thank you so so much! I had been trying to find a solution for separating baby pigs from adults for weeks, since both baby and adult pigs can go through single block gaps, and you saved my bacon (pun entirely intended!).

My absolute favorite thing to do in Minecraft is to farm, I have probably made every kind of farm, from sugar cane to glitched wither skeleton farms. Sometimes I will just spend hours upon hours doing manual farming. And for the most part I don’t use the stuff I farm, I just enjoy doing all of the farming.

I'm finding that mobs on Bedrock are noticeably dumber than on Java, especially the villagers. Good lord, Bedrock villagers can barely manage the pathfind up stairs. And I've seen more than one just walk off my floating island into the sea below. They seldom survive the rampant drown long enough for me to even attempt a rescue.
