I have an "issue", or more, something that I find rather odd. In the INDEX, if I do not add the header row to the range, the result at the end will actually be 1 cell below the one I actually need, so if for example I were to look up the "Anna" equivalent in my own sheet, then it finds Paul's row/information instead, the one right below it. It will only find the correct value if I include the header row into the range I feed to the beginning of the INDEX formula.

Hi, really great presentation - simply and specific :)

I have a question. There were two "Anna" in the column. How I can get all "Anna" and the "State" for them?
Is it possible with using INDEX / MATCH?
