New Texas immigration law 'impossible' to enforce, sheriff says

Civil rights groups are urging the Justice Department to join them in challenging a new Texas law that makes illegal immigration a state crime. Border officials say they're overwhelmed. CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca has more.

Maybe Texas will get funds from the federal government to hire additional personnel to enforce the law. The govt is good with funding things already in existence, but doesn't do so well when they need to create a policy or program. Maybe that's why they were stalled, who knows. Anyway, someone has to do something.
