My wife is a legal immigrant from a West African country. She is still a citizen of her home country. Her home country does not allow non-citizens to vote in their elections. The right to vote is restricted to citizens only.

As a comparison, I am a US Citizen but have been a legal permanent resident of Australia since 1984. Even though I have been paying taxes here for almost 40 years, since I am not an Australian citizen, I do not have the right to vote in Australuan elections.

I am a Latino legal immigrant who had to learn the language, go thru the whole process with all the heavy expenses, and wait patiently for a decade to become a US citizen. I agree with congress rep Boebert, Biden has cheapened citizenship in this country. At 26 years in this great country, Biden's actions are a slap in the face to all of us who respected this country and its laws. I cannot believe what is happening on the southern border. How the country's citizens and army allow a president to do this level of damage is beyond me. Presidents in Southamerica have been kicked out from much less. Biden should have been impeached right after his 1st-year debacles but no current politicians have the pants to do it!
