i hope you’ve been well! i took a break last week and feel like a ~new human~. 10/10 would recommend turning off your devices, notifications, messages, or all of the above and chilling for a few days. (or more) but i’m excited to be back!! it’s nostalgiathon week so i’ll be livin my best life rereading my favorites :’)

a phoneless day is cool until you get onto your phone again and have hundreds of messages, some of people who are mad at you for not replying because they think they own you. it's the most unstressfull day but afterwards you get a lot of stress at once thrown at you. helped me sort out some "friends" tho lol. also i feel like it's hard to meet up with people without technology these days, even back in the day people would call on the house phone to ask to hang out with you
