Deep fried Choux pasty, what more can you want!

Hey I'm Sammy, an English chef living in Melbourne, Australia.
FOLLOW ME:

Ingredients
Choux pastry:
115g butter
120g water
120g milk
1 Tbsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
130g plain flour
30g wholemeal flour
3 whole eggs
1/2 an egg white

Glaze:
300g icing sugar
70g milk
1/2 pinch salt

a little tip: add some honey to the glaze. Trust me its so much better.

Thank u for the video! I am going to make these right now. My favorite donuts are brioche donuts. Cruller donuts are not popular where I am from so I have never had a real one. I'm excited to try these!

Hey, nice video! They look sooo yum, I love that you picked a star tip, it looks really nice! I was wondering if you could skip the refrigeration part and just beat in the eggs off the heat, like I've seen in other choux recipes. Beating them into cold dough seems tough!

Hello. Oh, 😋. I'd like to make these. However, you state to add 130 gr of plain flour to the liquid. What happens with the 30 gr of whole meal flour?
Is it 100 gr of plain flour mixed with 30 gr of whole meal flour?
