as a 2008 baby, i personally think 7 was the best, it was a beautiful, reliable os and my primary school used it, my grandma and my parents had vista (which isnt as bad as people said it was), so while it came out when i was 1, it carried fsr into my childhood (until about 11, when my primary school started yo upgrade to windows 10 ahead of the lack of support for 7. i loved that os and have a virtual machine just for memories

I’m so glad you chose Windows 7 as your second. I used that OS until 2020, and even now, running Win10, I run “StartIsBack” and simulate the Aeroglass and home menu of Win7 because of much I’m used to it

Windows 7 is just amazing, I went through 4.5 years of college with Windows 7. Countless papers being done on them! What a memory!

Windows 98 is very underrated. It was pretty damn great and a substantial upgrade from 95. 95 is honestly REALLY bare bones by comparison.

i spent most of my life with our windows xp, everything i know about computers came from that and it will definitely always be my favorite os

Agreed, Windows 7 was my favourite also when you type in the start bar everything came up so much quicker. Also there was much less bloat bs.

I grew up with windows 7 it feels fresh and websites felt optional. Nothing forced down your throat during that era of technology
