Movie : The Great Gatsby
Artist : Lana Del Rey
Song : Young and Beautiful

Lyrics :

I've seen the world
Done it all, had my cake now
Diamonds, brilliant, and Bel-Air now
Hot summer nights mid July
When you and I were forever wild
The crazy days, the city lights
The way you'd play with me like a child

Will you still love me when I'm no longer young and beautiful
Will you still love me when I got nothing but my aching soul
I know you will, I know you will
I know that you will
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful

I've seen the world, lit it up as my stage now
Channeling angels in, the new age now
Hot summer days, rock and roll
The way you'd play for me at your show
And all the ways I got to know
Your pretty face and electric soul

Will you still love me when I'm no longer young and beautiful
Will you still love me when I got nothing but my aching soul
I know you will, I know you will
I know that you will
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful

Dear lord when I get to heaven
Please let me bring my man
When he comes tell me that you'll let him in
Father tell me if you can

Oh that grace, oh that body
Oh that face makes me wanna party
He's my sun, he makes shine like diamonds

Will you still love me when I'm no longer young and beautiful
Will you still love me when I got nothing but my aching soul
I know you will, I know you will
I know that you will
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful
Will you still love me when I'm not young and beautiful

One of the most cinematically beautiful movies ever. It has an enchanted dream like quality to it, as if the audience is literally peering into Nick Carraway’s memories as he retells the story of Gatsby.

One of the best movies I've watched. The music, vibrancy of colour, and camera work is amazing. It's such an amazing movie. I cannot describe how much I love this movie in words.

This movie taught me sometimes it’s important to just give up, sometimes it’s just not worth the effort.

Leo should've won a Oscar for this, and Lana del rey a Grammy for the beautiful song!

What makes Gatsby so amazing and beautiful is that he was truly alive because he could truly feel. That's more than you can say about most people.

This song captures the themes of the movie so well- longing, aching, ennui, beauty, dreams, wonder, hope, fragility, downfall. Perfect pairing of song and movie. Very moving.

The worst thing I think is as he died, the phone rings and immediately he says “Daisy”. In reality, we find out it was Nick. So to Gatsby, he thought it was Daisy calling him and so he died thinking that she chose him. That’s just heartbreaking...

The scene where gatsby was throwing his shirts over and down at daisy was amazing. This song was playing and immediately I had goosebumps. So much emotion and so much love between the two. This scene was forever my favorite in the entire movie.

Lost for words, what a film, masterpiece, the storytelling, the intrigue, acting, setting, and the delivery beyond out of this world! Felt every emotion through the film as if you are there very rare few films do this this!! You couldn’t help but sense that the unconditional unmatchable untouchable love and more that Gatsby had was not mutual or anywhere near and it was heading for a tragic end!
