Hardest Delivery (Order 323) in Death Stranding: Legend of Legends (Premium Hard Difficulty)

Hardest Legend of Legends Premium Delivery Order No. 323 in game Death Stranding. The Doctor shelter contains most of the hardest difficulty Premium delivery missions in the game. Order Number 323 is especially difficult to finish because Sam Porter Bridges can't use zip-lines to do it (too many cargo pieces requiring multiple trips). The only solution is to drive a truck uphill on snow and cross several mountain cliffs to reach The Mountaineer. Video shows the complete walkthrough of completing (in Hard Difficult) the mission from The Doctor to The Mountaineer in about 5 minutes (Premium Delivery only allows a few percent of total allowed time to earn Legend of Legends ranking). The hardest one is carrying a box of champagne by hand from Timefall Farm and deliver to you know who across the whole map.

You can try this mission by the road all the way to the mule camp, after across the river, turn right, there got an easy offroad all the way to the mountaineer, and it will be still in time, sorry for my bad english XD

Jesus man, head back down the main road after the first set of curves when the map plateaus. Take a right to follow the river up hanging left. 10x easier than this route. You’re mental lol.

There is a network of vallies that go from mountain knot to the mountaineer that is a boatload easier while limiting the damage to practically none each time.

Yeah i delivered it through a zipline network straight from doctor to mountaineer took me three trips with power skeleton and less than 7 minutes

A faster way would be to set everything up as you did, but before accepting the order, go kill the catcher in the BT area you avoided. I've also seen people manage this order by setting up zip lines from the start of the BT area to the shelter, using trucks or postboxes, but you have to be extremely fast.

Clear BT first, you have around 2 minutes before they spawn again and just make a mad drive straight through the area, much faster.

You made that far harder than what it actually is. You can actually make a far more direct line the the second bridge without going into BT territory.

For those who think that this is hard delivery, it really isn't. Pro tip: Behind Mountain Knot City where are those crosses and BT's, go there and built Timefall shelter and wait until weather clears out and then go and accept order. Problem solved and don't forget to save so that you don't need to do this all over again.

All you have to do is set up zip lines from the Doctor to the Mountaineer. Start the order, carry as much as possible and put the rest in locker. Then you just have to go to the Mountaineer from the Doctor and then back like twice or 3 times. Took like 5-7 minutes.
