Why do EcoFlow products have such difficulty connecting to WiFi? Phones connect to WiFi seamlessly and have for years. Maybe EcoFlow should hire an engineer from a phone manufacturer. If a phone manufacturer had this many problems they would be out of business. EcoFlow, get your act together and fix these problems.

I can connect to my EcoFlow Delta pro when Wifi is present, but impossible to connect just by the bluetooth. Which is a strange, because if I don't have my bluetooth turned on and open Eco Flow app I am asked to turn bluetooth on. Why is so complicated to connect by bluetooth only in this modern era ??? I can see EcoFlow under bluetooth devices list but If I click on it I can't get connection no matter what I do. Pushing the pairing button on EcoFlow don't help at all and bluetooth icon is blinking on the display but without Wifi I can't connect. And in this video looks like she is talking about to add new EcoFlow to the app not how to connect existing one.

I got my Delta Max and with the app. I can monitor how it is perfoming even if I'm at the other end of the house.

Unfortunately support point me on this video, but may Delta2 haven't iot button and Bluetooth and WiFi my android didn't see the device. Even app can't find Delta2. Please help me with my issue

I can't get delta pro to connect to my 5ghz home network, it keeps saying it wants a 2.4ghz, but my orbi wifi6 router only does 5ghz.

The fan kicks in so fast … so loud .. i used to have bluetti and was much quieter .. living in a van .. its to noisy

So this unit is made as a backup when no power no internet, and to get the app working you can't even open it unless you register your account online???? How do you do that when camping in the boonies and no conection??? I wasted my money buying this useless unit, no more Ecoflow product untill they change it. And no, you don't need my info through an account..
