this seriously seriously works ;-; I had bow legs for a long time, I even didn’t wear knee length dresses/pants because of it. Now my legs are straight enough that my knees almost touch - barely 2 cm between them. I did one set/day for about a month, no other exercises (and pay attention to April’s tips about bad posture). I am past puberty so I though my legs could not be much straighter - now I can wear clothes more freely and avoid back pain later in life. Thank you April ;-;

I've been doing these workout outs at random for the past few months and I can tell my legs have gotten a lot straighter. As someone who's been trying to get rid of the bow legs for so long I am truly grateful.

I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks and I can already see a difference, I never really noticed but I did have false wide hips.. my butt is lifted and my legs look straighter than before, somehow my flexibility has increased too.. thankyou so much for this video and all your other vids!! Btw besides that I’m doing April’s lower leg, fat burn, arm, upper leg videos. I’ll start doing abs a day after I start doing those workouts. Also, I started eating healthy four days ago, but I didn’t change the amount of food I eat in a day, so I can’t loose weight that way.🙈

My main goal is to put my body in a shape and loose weight of course. So, I want to update my weight too.

(Woow I rlly can’t loose weight🙈. I did 65min workout today because as I said earlier I added abs video too. It was 15 min more comparing to yesterday although it’s getting easier.)

(I did 70 min workout today, but it’s getting easier day by day. I even used dumbbells for some of the workouts. Btw I feel very energetic after I do workouts.💪🏻⚡️)

(I was really happy today when I saw 49.9kg on the weighing machine😁. I did 70min video workout but if we skip rests and intros I think it will be about 60min. I just finished my workout for today. It’s 9.40pm rn and I don’t know how I can sleep with that much energy🤷‍♀️)

(I timed my workout this time and it was 66min. I started feeling more confortable with my body shape rn. I can’t say there is so much difference but I feel stronger.💪🏻)

My legs look straighter. I'm also paying attention to my posture. I realize I used to cross my legs a lot and walk with my toes inward.

I'm also following a routine to fix pelvic tilt because it made my knees hyperextented and made legs look even more bowed and short. My entire posture was a mess 😜

I stopped because I'm not seeing more results. I am going to integrate those exercises in my workouts to overcome weakness in some of my leg muscles. Thank you for this training anyway and good luck for those who intend to do it 😉👍
