A Missing Managers Missing Property

The plaintiff was staying at a sober house the defendant runs when he was kicked out, and his belongings have gone missing. The defendant had no right to break into his room, so the plaintiff is suing for the price of his belongings. The defendant claims he hired the plaintiff as a manager of the house, but he began to pocket some of the money being made. The defendant had no other choice but to hire a new manager and force the plaintiff to change rooms. Since the plaintiff was not present, the defendant made the move for him, and nothing was stolen.

I am absolutely convinced the Plaintiff was skimming money and refusing to do urine tests in house. He's STILL living rent free, even though he's no longer doing the job that was to be the barter for the rent. And, it's clear the Plaintiff stole the money to spend on his daughter, where else would he get the money? He can't even afford to do his own laundry. Oooooh my, the Defendant just outed the guy that sent him the pictures and the Plaintiff is still living there. That's going to be akward😂.
