BMI 21, cook and prepare food at home, no sugary stuff, a little bit meat, fish and vegetables and my guilty pleasure is saffron basmati rice . A lots of nuts . Raisin and fig sometimes 😂

I hate when people say they don't have time to cook. For those who work hard on the fields all day and those facing to homelessness, I understand daily cooking is impossible. You don't need to spend lot of time to make a fancy meal. Simply throw your steak, your piece of salmon into the oven and leave 20 minutes and the meal is ready. Sprinkle black pepper, some herbs to marinate. Steam your broccoli, carrots or chop some greens. Is that too hard to do. It probably takes a shorter time than driving to restaurants, and waiting to be served. When I really crave of sweets, yes there's always dark chocolate 85%in my kitchen cabinets, some fresh apples, citrus fruits to satisfy my cravings.
But honestly the only two drinks I need daily is ceremonial matcha tea to start my day and a 5 oz glass of table wine for dinner (not daily but often in limitation)
I can pass the wine, not the matcha tea, my addiction!
