Nahida was in no position to save the gnosis' and still managed to squeeze the biggest secret of the world from this guy and force him to delete all of his smurf accounts.

Having to give up two Gnoses sucks, but the alternative was for Nahida to futilely fight against the Second Harbinger and lose them anyway and maybe get us killed in the process. This way, not only is the Doctor's threat level severely cut due to losing all his clones for one Gnosis, but he had to give up critical information about the Descenders (and by extension, the Traveler's sibling) to get the other one.

Whether or not this was a good trade remains to be seen, but either way Nahida just did us a huge solid - and possibly more for us than the last three Archons combined. The Hydro Archon has some big shoes to fill.

As Nahida said, every Harbinger ranked 3 and onwards (Columbina, Docttore and Pierro) have power equal to that of a god, and Docttore, who have clones, means with enough resources and time he will only multiply in power. Nahida just single-handedly bought us information relating to the very essence of the world and the destruction of a god-tier enemy's greatest asset with two genosi. Judging by the fact that this is treated by many archon as less an artifacts of power and more of status and control, I think this is a very good deal.

Venti: Gets mugged and loses Gnosis

Zhongli: Trades Gnosis as a part of his retirement plan

Ei: Finds Gnosis useless and gives it to Yae, Yae gives it to Balladeer to save the Traveler, Nahida takes it from Balladeer at the end of his boss fight

Nahida: Bargaining chip to squeeze info out of Dottore and make him erase every one of his duplicates around Sumeru City, gives both her Gnosis and Ei's to Dottore

At this point, I'd be amazed if we met an Archon that actually values the damn thing aside from the Tsaritsa, of course.

Dottore gave up when Nahida threatened to destroy the Gnosis and risked waking up the Heavenly mind you, Dottore is top 3 Harbingers, those who were speculated to have the ability to fight toe to toe against Archons. If Dottore feared waking up the Heavenly

This means Heavenly Principles is a force too much to be handled by anyone in Teyvat. And even his/her Sustainer is too strong against full power Travelers during the opening cutscene.
