For those of us who went on the journey with Queen, since before they were famous, there were a few occasions before he actually acknowledged his illness that we could see he was ill. But, it was like a protected secret we all collude in.. Until Freddie was ready.

Those last few videos show his determination to leave his legacy for his fans.

Hard to watch. But equally, possibly his greatest gift to us. He went out on his terms. RIP Freddie.

Not only did it show how brave he was to do this as sick as he was, but it showed how much he truly loved what he did. As hard as it is to see him so obviously on the path toward his death. This performance is beautiful, even hopeful.
I was only a kid when he died, but even so, I miss the man. Wish he was still here today.
There are very few people in all of history who was as amazing on stage as he was.
