noise normal or not from Whipple Supercharger 350 miles after install. 2014 Silverado

350 miles on the Whipple and it is making a noise I can unload the belt tensioner and the noise goes away. I cannot get a response from Whipple been emailing them and calling them for five weeks. All I’ve got was it sounds like a bearing

I would personally verify all of the pulleys, the hardware and check torque. I just installed a whipple as well so it’s all fresh in my mind. Adding tension makes the noise lessen tells me something is loose causing misalignment.

Sounds like a bad bearing have this same issue right now

Normal with whipples but shouldn’t be, their bearings and pulleys suck
