I've used ANC a few times and found discomfort in my ears and feel dizzy and nauseated. After I stopped using ANC, I feel better.

I have sinus issues, so ANC makes my sinuvial cavity resonate and feels much uncomfortable.
But if I use ANC in a low level then it's fine, also I love the transparency mode as it let's me hear voices and other sounds clearly...

Due to ANC ⁠2 weeks my ears were hurting so much that even the walking of my mother in the room gave my ears unbearable pain (or sound of a fly), for 2 weeks. Then with the hope it will recover i continued using ANC. I stopped hearing very simple daily noises and i freaked out. It’s been 4 months and my ears still hurt. In what earth is that save?? I am afraid i am gonna loose my hearing!!!

for ne ANC outdoor is good but ANC indoors make my ears on pressure sometime give me a headache
