I moved into a brand new house a year ago and these are what we have throughout, even in the garage. I cannot understand why the hell they used these lights instead of something easier to replace. It's ridiculous that you have to wire a replacement.

I also see both the black and white wires in the junction box but there's bare copper wire that is joined to the bracket installed to the junction box. Where do i connect this green wire from the light fixture to? Or do i just connect black to black and white to white?

Where is the video of how you unplugged with wire and connect wire, you just mention take it out from ceiling and put it 😊
