Wait for the rest of the evidence. DNA of the victims in the car, in his apartment, his DNA in the victims’ home. This is just getting started.
The probable cause affidavit was just to show the court that there was enough reason to arrest him. It will be just a small part of the evidence.

If a defense attorney didn’t try to poke holes in prosecutor’s case they would be deemed incompetent—this is their job, doesn’t mean that psycho didn’t brutally murder those beautiful people.

Every defense attorney will say this very same thing and all while they know they are not seeing all the evidence already collected and yet to be collected.

This lawyer is drawing at strings - it was him!

I’m looking forward to the mountain of evidence LE have not released to public.

The bottom line is that regardless of how long we have to wait, and what fancy footwork the defense attorneys puke up, that dirt bag is a dead man walking.

there's no way his defense attorneys can explain how his dna got on the knife sheath right next to a dead victim

I don't know why everybody keeps supporting his grandiosity by posting stuff about him every single day

Scott Peterson was found guilty and got the death penalty....what does that tell you?

Explain him throwing trash out at 4am at his parents house with rubber gloves on and walking to the neighbors house to put it in their trash can! Yea, we all do that right? 🙄

It is about time to hear a defense attorney’s opinion.

His eyebrows looks pretty normal to me, not exceptionally bushy

You forget that they literally caught him disposing of evidence (we think) in his Parent's neighbour's Trash wearing Surgical Gloves! Those items will no doubt be damning if he went to such careful lengths to dispose of them!

If this evidence isn't strong enough for a conviction, I dread what's going to happen in the Delphi case. They barely have anything

Why have his dad fly in and drive with him back to PA?

Why was he silent in class when they brought up this case but not every other case?

These are the hard facts that the jury will be thinking about when they’re trying to look beyond reasonable doubt.

If you can get that shoe…. The pattern of the bottom of the shoe, including wear and marks, gouges, cuts made on the bottom of the shoe make it similar to a fingerprint and unique to that particular shoe.

The Van shoe print was not found on the original processing of the scene. After learning about DM testimony they went back a second time to process looking specifically for those prints with a special trope technique. How come the whole house wasn't processed with this type testing first processing of the crime scene ?

Scott Peterson's Ex Lawyer. Says it all and she's a defense lawyer (they defend even the guilty and have no remorse), what do you think she's going to say. She said Scottie boy was a boy scout.
