This is a unboxing of a FFRE 2000HP Ford 5.0L Coyote Engine Short block. In this video you will find tips that will help you when you receive a new engine.

Yes, It is exciting receiving a new engine. Opening and unboxing everything to take a look at the beautiful machining work and new parts is a great feeling. We want to make sure it stays perfect and intact for when it's time to continue building and installing.

I really like the slot gaskets that they use now a days. The cork gaskets back in the day were such a pain.

seems rather straight forward. if someone has never touched a coyote would you recommend putting the long block together or just having a builder do it? Brett you did a great job explaining the assembly

When you put on the oilpump should't there be any sealing between the oilpump and block??
I assume it's the main oilgalleri ?
