I was at my uncle's bar directly across the street from the medical building where the roof got torn off. To answer why people were out in this, storms were only supposed to be light thunderstorms that day. On our way to the bar, I actually pointed out how beautiful yet weird the sky looked. We had no warning, no sirens, no rain, nothing. We were hit with an incredibly fast EF-2 that was 300yrds wide, tracking 2 miles in less then 4 minutes. The only warning my uncles bar got was a few customers running inside yelling "Tornado! get in the basement!" It was all done and over before we all even made it down. Incredibly lucky no one got hurt and that is was at least an hour after hours so no one was there working. Could've been a whole lot worse.

I lived thru Ian's direct hit for 8 stright 140 mph winds and didnt see destruction like this. Wow.
