MUST Have Dry Fly!

preview_player
Показать описание
This is an October caddis dry fly, when it comes to fall fishing there is no bug I like to see coming off the water more than the October caddis. Be it the nymph or the dry fly the fish love these bugs! They are often taken vary aggressively even in the emerging stages because the nymphs can actually swim through the water. Adding some urgency for the fish and allowing us fisherman to present some.. less than perfect drifts. When I see these coming off the water I like to add the pupa behind a streamer and if I see rises I'll put this on with a dropper below it. Starting with a October caddis pupa and going to a zebra midge or a BWO emerger as it gets later in the day.

Best,

Jesse Rochester

Very nice tie, this should work very well during our Dark Caddis hatch from late August to October out here in Southen Oregon on the Williamson River Flies
