Lazy Eye Exercise #9 - Amblyopia (Lazy Eye) and/or Strabismus (Eye Turn) Vision Therapy

SI3D has been specifically designed for people with amblyopia and/or strabismus.
SI3D's OcuView lens is designed for these exercises and general Vision Therapy. OcuView is much more effective at promoting 3D vision than full occlusion. If you do not have OcuView, use your hand or patch to cover your dominant eye.

Sit directly in front of the laptop or PC monitor (bigger screen is best for training).
Ensure you sit comfortably. Sit about an arms length away with your head central to the screen or monitor. Do NOT move your head unless instructed to do so - EYES ONLY.

If you suffer with amblyopia in both eyes do exercises for left and right eye equally.

DO NOT STARE FOR PROLONGED PERIODS AS THIS WILL STRAIN YOUR EYES! Blink often, blink often, blink often! Blinking does 3 important things:- 1/ It lubricates the eyes 2/ it minimizes strain and 3/ forces your eyes to refocus on the target.

You must exercise between 30-60 minutes daily (15-30 morning/ 15-30 evening). It is best to train as soon as you can after waking, and just before you go to bed. If you train more, ensure you rest your eyes every 30 minutes for at least 15 minutes.

Exercising daily must become habit. Your eyes and brain will only 'learn' if they are continually stimulated with exercise. You will get out what you put in.

You must be under the guidance and supervision of a registered VT (Vision Therapist) before carrying out any training or occlusion.

I am not a professional. I am simply someone who suffers with Amblyopia and Strabismus, and I developed these tools and exercises to help people like me.

Sir my left eye retina disattchat and also retina opretion done but very poor vision.

Hey, I am 20yrs now, doctors had said that I have lazy eye with power 6/60 and will not be able to cure he said. So, will it work me?

Hi.. meri ek query hai.. ki ye exercise krte time ek eye band rakhni hai ya fir focus kis eye par hone chahiye.. bcoz meri eyes mai squint hai to kabhi ek eye dominant ho jati hai to kabhi dusri.. means only kisi ek mai focus nhi rhta.. so I am confused.. kya both eyes se alag alag exercise kru? reply..

If both of my eyes has Strabismus should I cover the dominant eue and focus on the weak one? Or Should I do these exercises with both eyes? (Please reply)

Hi, I am 31 my left eye (ambolypia) is 6/24
Sph:+0.75. Cyl:+0.25. Axis:100 degree.

By doing these excerises, it is possible for me to improve my vision to ?upto how much i can improve it, 6/6 is possible ?My most of the work is on computer for more than 8-9 hours a day.
