How to bypass Windows 11 Internet connection and microsoft account login during setup
If you are setting up a new installation of Windows 11 and are unable to connect to the Internet, The WIndows OOBE or out of box experience will not allow you to continue.
This is pretty easy to bypass and will also allow you to create an offline account, bypassing the need to create or use an online Microsoft user account.
When you are stuck at the Internet connection screen do the following.
Press Shift and F10 to bring up the Administrator command prompt.
type the following command and press enter.
oobe\BypassNRO
Windows will reboot and you can go through the OOBE section and on the internet connection screen you can choose "i don't have an internet connection" and proceed to create an offline account.
When finished you can install the WiFi or Ethernet adapter drivers from a USB stick or CDrom

IF THIS FAILS
Use the password nothanks
This with glitch the login as it has been used too many times and allow you to continue setup.

How do I bypass network screen if Shift-F10 is disabled?
Press 'fn+shift+f10'
Press 'option+tab' (The Option key is labelled Alt on keyboards in some countries)
Then you will see a UAC window,
move to that window by pressing 'option+tab' and then press 'yes' button.

QUESTION: After I do this, I want to reverse this "bypass" action and re-turn on the "connect to internet" screen. How do I reverse this action?

The reason is because we do actually want to connect to the internet with our Windows account. We're only doing this "bypass" action because we want to verify if our new laptop has been already activated by someone unknowingly. We don't know if this "bypass" action is permanent or not.

Also very useful for installing video drivers! My preferred method is to not let windows install the default outdated video drivers and I put my drivers on a usb stick! Makes life easier
