Every moderate, progressive, leftest, liberal, etc. needs to considered the current state of the supreme court and who they want picking potential vacant seats in the next presidential term. Pretty much anyone who gets out of the Democrat primary has my vote. ...and I'm not even a Democrat.

Lately, I just feel like I live in a country full of bad people with bad values and bad priorities, and I’m just not sure what can be done about that. The politicians will come and go, but I have to live among the folks who vote some of these absolutely horrendous people into office, and aren’t dissuaded by things that really should be objective dealbreakers in a country that prioritizes decency. We, sadly, are not that kind of country.

I can tell you they for sure didnt poll me. The us governmemt needs way less people who have petty vindictive personalities. Both trump and desantis have their egos wrapped up in their politics where they quite literally try to punish people who disagree with them. They both lean towards being autocrats like putin as opposed to doing whats right for the people. You can't vote for people like that and then wonder why everything is dysfunctional.
