Nail-biting finish anticipated for BC election as atmospheric river impacts polling numbers

Adding to the uncertainty, the most populated parts of the province have been swamped by a torrential rainstorm, with some residents being warned not to travel.

The atmospheric river has triggered numerous flooding alerts and power outages across southern parts of the province, including in the Vancouver area.

Both the BC NDP and Greens truly got their butts handed to them in this 2024 provincial election in British Columbia, and should be universally regarded as a bellwether for how badly both the federal Liberals and NDP can expect to be decimated at the polls in 2025 when the next federal election rolls around.

This is why I always vote in the Advance Polls and I don’t even live in BC. Just get it over with and look forward to watching or reading about the election results on election day instead of standing in a line or venturing yourself outside during a flood or now storm.😂😂
