5 Simple Tips to be A More Patient Person

Показать описание
Many people call patience a virtue, which is very true, as not everyone can be patient. When we are tolerant/patient, we know how to wait and give ourselves time to conclude. It is essential to allow ourselves freedom and concession, no matter how long it takes.
History reveals that patient people achieve success. Now, don't take the wrong meaning; that is, patience does not mean inaction. It means the opposite. It denotes that you are doing your best and expecting things to happen your way. Remember that if you don't have the right drive, you won't get results, whether you're calm or not.

1. Don’t judge
2. Distance yourself from conflict (drama)
3. Recognize the contribution of others
4. SLOW DOWN
5. Breath (focus on breathing/time out)

Most of my impatience arises out of selfishness.

You know, if people were more patient with others, people wouldn't have to feel so bad for their mistakes. Take me for example. People hardly ever give me a break. I was once taken to my boss's office with her and a high-ranking chef. The chef told me that I've been touching my coworkers too much ( *_casually, _* on arms or shoulders). I was always very outgoing and tactile at work. She told me that we need the workers to be comfortable in a good work environment. That I shouldn't talk about anything other than work and school or tell my stories, because they may be inappropriate or upsetting (can't remember her exact words) to others. Now yeah, I pretty much didn't have a filter, but I don't think I said anything *_horrible._* I only meant to have fun with my crew. I really didn't get specific information from the chef about subjects and references. She likes that I'm outgoing, but she made it sound risky and in need of limits. And again, that I shouldn't touch anyone without consent.

But look, I didn't _mean_ any harm or discomfort. If I had known anyone would feel either, (though technically no one showed signs), I would _not_ have touched them. And anyway, people casually do it to each other. But despite my side, whenever I expressed my story on Youtube videos, commenters would still make me feel bad, as if I didn't feel bad enough. "Well, you shouldn't be touching coworkers" or "You sound like a creep" or "The workplace is not where you act that way." I GET it. Why can't someone just respond to my story and shame without talking about my wrongdoing or correcting me? Like, speak to me delicately and show they understand? I bet the next person who responds is gonna do the usual. I feel like the world's against me, at least on the videos I expressed my mistakes and guilt.

Gave feedback and tips to others to do things like that or their own preference to and what helps me feel better. Only using nature and crystals flowers herbs or whatever. Not dangerous ways since I want to be friends with them and likewise😊
