I don't trust you as cosmetic doctor or whatever your credentials for beauty are. No reputable medical professional will suggest under eye filler.

They've proven time and time again that the filler doesn't dissolve and kiaya. Especially filler placed in the tear trough area.

It actually kind of upsets me that I'm about to say this because I'm not someone who usually would call something like this out. Doctor, I think you've had too much work done. I wouldn't be hire you after meeting you, most likely.

Just personal preference, I know. This is going to be one of the biggest things for a perspective patient to look for, in my opinion. Maybe it's just me and that's okay! No one's right every time.

My doctor is a well known plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, when I asked about tear troughs he said to never get filler there! Definitely following my docs advice!

I have naturally high cheekbones and the downside of that, is the troughs are more noticeable as one ages.

Great eye. ❤Doctors tend to avoid that area, thinking it is "risky". She should have had a plan involving "full face strategy".
Keep in mind that fillers are also tricky, on a long run. Having a pillow face in your 40' s is not necessary

I hate fillers. Had it done twice and over time since the hyaluronic acid draws in more water. I looked like I was having a permanent allergic to something. Only had .5 in each cheek and slightly under eye. Got it all dissolved and only do PRF under eyes and EZ Gel in other areas.

Got filler in my cheeks which I didn’t want - to help my marionette lines but that’s what the nurse suggested. I still regret it 5 years later. If you’re reading this, do NOT get filler. I felt so much better about myself before.

That’s what my old lady face looks like. I have deep set eyes, loss of volume/“troughs” and naturally high cheekbones 😂

My undereyes do that when I’m about to have a migraine and other times eye (hehe) have bags
