Bowie y Vedder tienen mejores voces que Waters y Gilmour. Pero aquí es donde se demuestra que cuando alguien compone sus propias canciones, eso da igual. Esta canción es perfecta con las voces de Waters y Gilmour, y no habrá nadie que las mejore. Porque es una canción demasiado propia de los dos. Como nadie podrá interpretar mejor las canciones de Bowie que el propio Bowie o las canciones de Pearl Jam mejor que Eddie. Ellos escribieron las letras y las melodías pensando en sus propias voces.

Audience sitting in neat rowed… should stand up and move their body on the ritme of this gem. Letting the vibes meandering from top to bottom. Recently experienced ‘This Is Not A Drill’ together with my oldest son (thanks for joining me Nick). It is simply impossibly to experience the magnitude of this music while sitting. Then again, sitting and listening is way better than not being there at all. 😉

J'adore Bowie et Pearl Jam et je trouve leur prestation excellente mais je préfère l'originale.
Désolé mais je suis fan de Pink floyd depuis 1979. On ne se refait pas ;-)
