Absolutely magical. How classy and respectful of Bowie to step back from the mic and the spotlight whenever Gilmour is singing. Class act through and through. This is what I call music.

Richard Wright’s contribution to this performance must not go unmentioned! He was a great talent too!

David Bowie, David Gilmour and Richard Wrights together. Now we just have Gilmour...great music, love them all forever.

I love how Bowie is so understated in the background when he's not singing. Totally chill and mindful that he's signing someone else's masterpiece. So cool

I am eternally grateful that I grew up in this period of time, when music was real, sensational and true artistry.

The fact that David Bowie puts himself last on stage says everything about this humble man that was one of the greatest artist and human being. Pink Floyd, awesome as always, but Bowie nailed it for me...

Listening to this in 2023 is....almost painful. Without Bowie, without Rick Wright...and knowing there are really no artists like this today....Unreal professionalism and musicianship.

...loved how David Bowie departed stage allowing David Gilmour and band to receive their standing ovation. Even after reluctantly returning, he joined the audience in their applause of the band. Respect!

R. I. P. David Bowie and Richard Wright.
This clip will be played in 1.000 years though, i am sure. The greatest band ever, they are all titans in what they do and did.

Growing up as a teen in the 70's and 80's was a magical time that will never be repeated. It was a mix of various talents, with real musicians connecting the dots and making great music. No sampling BS and auto-tune gimmicks to hide the lack of talent. RIP David Bowie, you were truly a one of a kind and a true gentleman

After over 50 years David Gilmour still gives me cold chills and makes me cry. Also missing the other legends. So thankful to have been part of the greatest generation of music that can never be matched.❤

The best bloody guitar solo composed or played. No one can create such brilliance again. It’s a miracle his guitar strings don’t snap with the pull he puts them through. It’s insane. Only Gilmour can play such brilliance.

David Bowie is a star because as we can see here, he serves the MUSIC first and foremost, his own stardom a distant second.

There was only one David Bowie, there is only one David Gilmore, true warriors of Music. Our time in music is ending but will go on forever.
