I live in downtown Long Beach, ca. there are people like in these stories lurking around every corner here. I also work super early in the morning while it’s still dark and have to walk 20 mins to get there.
One time I was almost there, 20 yards away. I passed by some dumpsters and I heard a voice scream hey! But I ignored it and kept moving. I had music playing, so when I got into the parking lot I started hearing voices. I turned around and this creepy looking middle aged homeless man was following me and saying “I wanna show you something” I kept walking and noticed my manager was standing outside in the doorway. I gave her the look and he kept following me and she saw him so we both started to tell him to back off and that we had pepper spray and will call the cops.
He slowly backed away, and walked off eventually.
Had me shaking
Now everytime I have to make that walk I’m so anxious somethings gonna happen..

Story 1: Glad she stayed on the phone with her fiancee and he heard everything. I think that guy was on drugs which he did in the bathroom or outside
Story 2: I want to say the man was high, but the narrator said he had a mental illness
Story 3: 1st red flag asking for money, 2nd red flag asking if she could get in the car and go with them. Sounds like a case of kidnapping or human trafficking
