Like soy curls, we have soy chunks (round shape) in India. We boil it and then cook it in various ways, either fry it or make a curry, also use in rice, patty . 🌱

If you have a local Latin market, carne de soya is usually sold for MUCH cheaper than soy curls and works the same way. I personally prefer the texture, especially for ground beef style dishes.

These things are SO underrated and way cheaper than any freezer “beef crumbles!” I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking to add a little plant based nutrition in their diet! They are GREAT in chili!!

Haha the twist to this is the meat eaters negatively commenting. A lot of burgers and chicken nuggets are blended with soy just under that 1% to still claim 100%. JS…GTS
