Basic Video Editing Tutorial: How to Trim/Split/Crop/Rotate/Merge Videos

Step 1: Launch the software and choose "Full Feature Mode".
Step 2: Click "Import" to add your clips to the software.
Step 3: Trim the clip by either dragging it to the length you want or using the “split tool”.
Step 4: To rotate your video, just double click the clip and hit the rotate buttons.
Step 5: Here you can also easily enhance your footage either by adjusting the settings or using the auto enhance function.
Step 6: To crop a clip, hit “Crop” stretch and move the rectangle in the Preview Window to define the desired frame area. Or choose from "16:9" or "4:3" to crop the video automatically.
Step 7: On the audio tab, you can adjust the volume, pitch or add fade in and out effect.
Step 8: When everything is done, preview the result and click Export to save your video.
