By the time of the Battle of Coruscant, Obi-Wan had gone through five sets of robes, and the set he wore to Utapau, was more red than his former brown robes. These lighter shade of robes, were still made from the same tough material, which were designed for travel and defence from the elements, but in accordance with the mission, a redder tone would blend in with the native Pau’ans. Although the Jedi master would then wear the more traditional brown robes, for his exile on Tatooine, he changed to grey colored robes for his rescue of Leia Organa, as he tried to blend in with the civilians he would meet on his journey.
