I'm Opposite to you dude - I love it because it DOESN'T have a flip around screen. That has been the killer on all of Nikon's new cameras. I'm a working Pro in Perth Australia and I shoot gigs/events/portraits etc, and iIhave two of these. I love them along with 6 of Nikon's Z lenses - they are awesome. I was going to get the new Z6iii, but they threw us photo only photographers under the bus with that awful flip around screen, so I'm sticking with my two older bodies. People complain about the AFC, but even with fast moving gigs, people dancing and jumping around, I miss very few images because of autofocus. As you say - it is a low-light monster. Lovely pic's and keep up the good work!

Just purchased mine this week. I own a R6ii which is a beast, but wanted to get that N6 II Nikon colors for portraits. Using it just for photos and love the that it doesn't have fully rotating screen for photo....got it brand new mega deal.

I recently got rid of mine, I miss it.
Waiting to see what the updated Z6iii is going to look like.
In the meantime I'll use the Z5 ( a close second)

My bro just sold me his Z6ii. Got a D850 and a Leica Q2. I'm using a F to Z adapter for my Z6. Great shots bro. You were lucky you shot this before Super Bowl or that traffic would've been terrible haha

I recently got a Nikon Zf and I'm looking to aquire a second backup body, that's affordable and takes my Z mount lenses. Honestly, I’m leaning towards the Nikon Z5, but with the recent price drops the Z6ii is not much more and is appealing also. Nearly everyone I've spoken to who actually owns a Z6ii (or Z5), LOVES it. I love my Zf, but I want something that will act as a more ergonomic and compact backup, with similar menus. I shoot portraits and headshots and an occasional family session or engagement. No events, sports or wildlife. I don't need speed, and I don’t plan on doing video with this backup. I played with a Z5 and a Z6ii in the camera store recently and they both felt really nimble and great to use. In use, I couldn’t really tell much difference between the Z5 and Z6ii. Both really nice.

Would you recommend the Z5 or Z6ii as a backup to my Zf? If I get the Z5 I can afford more glass, but maybe the better body is a wiser choice?

Z6ii is my dream cam. For now I shoot with a z50. Heard the z50's AF is similar to the z6ii. Is that true?

Its a great camera especially for photography like you do, if you get it used around 1200. But the new price is delusional from nikon. Congrats on your new camera mate i still shoot with apsc haha.
