many people asking question - why they dont have that option - form designer? its because in that powershell free extension - its not available and you can find it in power shell pro extension. there is trial for 14 days and you can try it. have a look here and you will understand and will be able to get that option

PowerSheel Pro is not free. Is there a free drag/drop designer? Is there any way to make (look) VSCode simmilar to VisualStudio?
