I love this Glen Campbell track. Listen to it often. Rolling Stones magazine listed it in its top 500 greatest songs of all time. Which was absolutely right. The lyrics are so evocative, the instrumental so moving. Something about Glens voice and guitar that reduces you to tears. Every, single, time. But, in my opinion, Keith's interpretation has, in its own way come close. The purity of Urban's voice, gentle, stirring. Beautiful.

🎸This song reminds me of my Step Father he passed away in 2015 right after my Mama died but he worked at Ga Power Company after he got out of the Army. Him and my Dad were so close it was awesome. But thank you Keith Urban for bringing this song back to stage I remember how you had Glen Campbell on stage playing and being there beside him singing. Beautiful! God Bless you Keith Urban 🎸

Im a pretty big music fan and only discovered Wichita Lineman about a year ago. It was that rare treat that really affected me in so many ways. Its got almost an eerie yet beautiful vibe and lyrics. Never have heard any other song quite like it. Keith does a great job here.
