Survival:
Cover yourself in as many layers of clothing as possible, cover your eyes with safety goggles and any tinted material, if possible, use a camera to see by placing the screen Infront of your face and covering all possible entries for light. This will stop the moonlight from damaging you, next is to cover yourself in natural scents so that they will not smell you. The next thing to do is find either a tall building (skyscraper) to bunker upon and attempt to block the creatures out, while they said that the creatures are immune to weapons, I am sure that knockback from bullets would still affect them, so keeping a shotgun or any other gun with a high punch would help on top of a tall building to try and knock them down/off the building. If you are unable to find a tall building, try to find abandoned bunkers or missile solo's or any building that goes deep underground, and then try to barricade the entrance to that building as much as you can, make sure to keep food and water. While barricades may not last long, it is better to have at least some defense.
