promising! i'm an avid connoisseur of analog/eas horror, and a few tips if you're interested!

1. why should we be afraid of the eyes? you do a great job of establishing that they're dangerous, and it definitely has good scare factor, which is super impressive in such a short video! but what would absolutely step it up to the level of a major scare is establishing why the eyes are so dangerous would be to explain what symptoms or effects the eyes have.
2. add a liability disclaimer at the start! it does break immersion, just a tad, but its better than being sued! using valid EAS tones definitely makes it far scarier, but at the cost of it becoming a liability. a simple text screen for a few seconds saying something along the lines of "this video contains valid EAS tones. playing this video over the radio or on television may activate EAS equipment. minced kidneys is not liable for any fines or damages caused by the disregard of this warning." would do fine! its always better to be safe than sorry.
3. where did the eyes escape from? a high security government containment facility? a secret testing lab?
4. add specifications on how long people should stay inside for! a week? 14 days? 21? should they shelter in place as such, and stockpile resources to last them that long? is the government working to contain the eyes?

Creepy - and the audio jumpscare was well done.
My only gripe is that the dialogue doesn't feel nearly professional enough for an EAS (they would never say 'There is no hope').
