Oh my gosh THANK YOU. I could not find this anywhere in the fitbit community and couldn't figure out why my heart rate wouldn't show up while I was in workout setting. Thought it was broken!

Thanks so much for this helpful video! With my hemophobia, a constant heart monitor would be extremely triggering for me and would dissuade me from wearing my new Fitbit. I had put it on On-Clip, but I think that is too sensitive for basic movements (as I'm still wearing it on my wrist). I didn't realize there was a Heart Rate toggle in addition to the Heart Zone toggle! This improves my experience greatly.

Thanks so much it took a bunch of tries to get it to say on wrist my wife was helping me it took a while but we finally got it. At my work I can't wear a watch I must have shut it off some how in my pocket thank you so much now it works again!
