Even dim off is not enough brightness lol

My dim screen is off and I still can't see it when I'm outside.
It's worthless outside.

After a year I jusI couldn't read my screen at all no matter which buttons I pressed the only time I could see anything was when I plugged it in to charge it. Alll instructions given me by the chat help were totally useless. I eventually took my Fitbit back to the John Lewis shop where I bought it as it had an extended warranty and they admitted there were problems with Inspire 2 models & replaced it with an Inspire 3 without any problem.
I see the Inspire 2 models are now withdrawn.

How did you change your font color to be purple? I have a really annoying green font and I cannot seem to find the option to turn it to white

Also scan down in the settings to sleep mode and make sure that is turned off.

My screen out of nowhere has gotten super dim. I can only read it in the dark. I checked the dim settings and they are off. Any idea how to fix it?

It’s interesting I just got a replacement yesterday from my extended warranty and the screen is so dim that I had to shut all the lights to check the “Dim”, “sleep” and “DND” settings, which are all off. Really annoying.
