When I cleared my data, it didn't show the pairing screen, but instead defaulted to the time, what should I do?

For me it only does the smiley face and then turns back on with the old user data.

I didn’t know it would turn the screen black and go in a circle can the phone place stop it from acting like it’s loading something

I told bluetooth to forget the device thinking it would delete it and I can set it again now the screen is black can it be repaired 😢

When my son did this it did not factory reset it only sent him back to the regular screen at the start of the video
