One of the best realizations is that brick ranches are great for efficient comfortable living. You can age in place and the older ones aren't ridiculously large but you still get a good size property with them.

It is a nice video, but I being a new homeowner of a 1960 home, am very sad that the entire makeover was an ad for different companies. I remodeled a 1912 before I purchased my new one.

Why did you install new sheetrock over the popcorn ceiling? Popcorn ceiling scrapes right off if you spray water on it with a pump sprayer and let it sit a minute.
