Police officers, good Samaritans honored for help catching Brooklyn subway shooting suspect

One week after the largest mass shooting in the history of New York City's subway, the police officers and everyday people who stepped up to help others were honored. CBS2's Lisa Rozner has more on Wednesday's ceremony and an update on one of the wounded passengers.

How about the Serbian guy who keeps yelling that was him that was him. And got the media attention and he also speak barely English. Is he received proclamation too or not???? This system has blind eyes. Each one should get rewards.
